Bilingual Community Management
Timely customer service was at the core of my responsibilities, and was one of the main reasons we were able to grow accounts: by gaining trust and validity from fans and avid gamers. Responding to any questions, concerns or inquiries as quickly as possible and engaging in discussions and monitoring Discord chats was key.
